Nem Ran (Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls):
Indulge in the crispy taste of Vietnamese spring rolls, made from rice paper, vermicelli, wood ear mushrooms, meat, shrimp, and various spices, served with fresh herbs and a sweet and sour dipping sauce.

Goi Xoai Tom Thit (Vietnamese Mango Salad with Shrimp and Pork):
Refresh your palate with this tangy and sweet green papaya salad, featuring fresh shrimp and a combination of herbs and spices.
