Ingredients

  • 200g pork belly, cooked
  • 150g fresh shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1 mango, peeled and shredded
  • 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
  • 1 small bowl of roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 1 handful of cilantro and Vietnamese coriander
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced chili peppers
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon chicken bouillon

Instructions

Preparation

Cook the pork: Cook the pork belly until tender and slice into small pieces.

Cook the shrimp: Cook the shrimp until pink and peel the shells.

Prepare the vegetables: Peel and shred the mango and carrot.

Crush the peanuts: Crush the peanuts using a mortar and pestle or a food processor.

Prepare the herbs: Wash and chop the cilantro and Vietnamese coriander.

Mince the garlic and chili peppers: Mince the garlic and chili peppers.

Making the Salad
